One of the few remaining vestiges of the community's earliest days, this 18th-century stone dwelling stands at the focal point of Beauport's historic district. Although restored, many of its original architectural elements have been preserved. Guided tours are offered as well as a permanent exhibit on the historical district of Beauport, its architectural heritage and Beauport's first families. Admission is free, but a reservation is required for groups.

This stone building dates back to 1867 and today contains a cultural and interpretive centre about the seigneurial system used in the past. Open from June 25 to August 31 from 12 to 5pm. Call for information and reservations.
