This vineyard is one of the oldest in Québec. In addition to wines, they produce ciders and vinegars. The influence of cellar master Jorj Radu can be seen in wines such as the award-winning Larme Rosée (pink tear) and L'Âme de Dracula (the Heart of Dracula), a cranberry ice wine. One of their ciders, l'Esprit du Nord, is a medal-winning ice cider.
