The first commercial flour mill in North America, this operational water mill was built in 1695. Interpreters in period costume offer guided tours of the mill and an interactive exhibit. The tour concludes with a wine and fruit liquer tasting session on the terrace, accompanied by crepes made from the mill's flour. The mill actively produces wheat and buckwheat flour, which can be purchased onsite. Address: 7007, avenue Royale Chateau-Richer QC G0A 1N0
