Fossambault-sur-le-Lac Districts & Neighbourhoods

Above Quebec City in elevation as well as on the map, this rugged district is centred around the Jacques-Cartier River. The area is full of mountains, lakes and rivers, making it popular for outdoor recreation enthusiasts in every season. In the west, the Station Touristique Duchesnay is the region's largest resort area and home to the famous Ice Hotel. Nearer to the city, Village Vacances Valcartier is a massive waterpark, while in the east, Stoneham is one of the top ski hills in eastern Canada. Further north lies the Parc de la Jacques-Cartier, a popular provincial park.
