Situated just 20 minutes from Quebec City, the Érablière Mart-L was established in 1975 and offers a typical sugar shack experience with observation of the maple-making process, a traditional meal dripping in maple, music and dancing, sleigh rides, and taffy-on-snow. Opening with the sugaring-off season in March, the sugar shack remains open to the public until November.
