    Hale Manor
    Portneuf was one of only three seigneuries in Canada made into a barony by King Louis XIV. Built from 1762 to 1788, this former residence of seigneur Edward Hale is the only baronial residence left in the country. Situated along the King's Road route, the manor is a designated historic building.
