The large bullrush marshes of Cap Tourmente draw over 300 species of birds to the site. Every spring and fall, thousands of Greater Snow Geese stop in this wildlife area as they travel between their southern wintering grounds and their northern breeding grounds. Other birds commonly seen include the Great Grey Owl, the Peregrine Falcon and the Ruby-throated Hummingbird. A twenty-kilometer network of trails, an interpretive centre and picnic areas help visitors enjoy the site. Address: 570, Chemin du Cap-Tourmente Saint-Joachim QC G0A 3X0
