Fromagerie Bergeron, which sells their Gouda cheeses at numerous locations around Quebec and Ontario, uses this site as an aging house for their many products. Over 125 varieties of cheese including Fin Renard, Lotbiniere and Calumet are sent here to mature. Visitors can taste samples of fresh cheese as well as various other local products, and purchase gelato which is made onsite.
